Game quality contrast w support
Its hard to review such a great game so low, but I had no less than 8 customer support requests so far and each one looks exactly like this:
1- submit request
2- auto reply, were very back logged with requests right now, please allow up to six weeks for a reply.
3- six weeks later, I see you havent replied to our fix, so were closing your request...if you still have any concerns, please submit a new request.
YOU REALLY LOSE PROGRESS. Firemonkey NEVER fixes it. The paying customer is screwed!
Outstanding game - horrible bottom of the line customer service. I really hate this company and hate it worse that I ever gave them a few bucks.
